MEET JODY PESKE

I spent much of my career in management, coaching young professionals and helping people recognize what they were capable of achieving in their life. I loved seeing someone gain clarity, trust themselves, and take the next step.

When I retired early at 55 and moved with my husband back to our much smaller hometown, I expected life to feel settled. Instead, I began to feel restless. I had built a full career, but I knew I still had something to contribute. Helping others grow is how I grow myself. And I wasn’t ready to stop anytime soon.

That season taught me something I now share with others: you do not accidentally find your next chapter. You decide it, then grow into it.

WHY FUTURE BY DESIGN

Future By Design is for people who sense there is more ahead but are unsure where to begin. Some are bringing decades of experience into a new chapter. Others are making early choices and want to build with intention. Both deserve space to get clear and move forward.
