Choose What Supports Who You Want to Become

A familiar explanation may protect today's comfort while getting in the way of tomorrow's growth.

I think it is worth listening to the explanations we reach for automatically. I am too busy. I am too old. I am just not that kind of person. Some barriers are real and need practical attention. Others may be conclusions we have stopped questioning. Before dismissing a possibility, consider which kind you are facing. You may need a different plan rather than another reason to give up on something that matters to you.
