Notice What Your Attention Feeds

Some habits drain your energy. Others help restore it. Pay attention to the difference.

When I talk about energy here, I mean the way a conversation, habit, activity, or repeated thought can leave us feeling depleted or more able to participate in our lives. Notice your own patterns. What leaves you discouraged without helping you address anything? What brings encouragement, useful information, or a little room to think? You may not control every demand, but you can learn from what you notice.
