Practice Gratitude Through Different Kinds of Days

Gratitude can be a practice you return to in both the good days and the difficult ones.

When life is going well, appreciation may come easily. We have good news to share and progress to celebrate. On harder days, gratitude may be quieter. It may be recognizing the person who listened or the help that made one part of the day more manageable. I believe the practice is worth returning to without demanding a particular feeling from ourselves. Let the good moments count. Let support count. Let appreciation take the form that is honest for today.
