Start With What You Already Know Needs Attention

Sometimes progress stalls because we keep postponing the work we already know matters.

More information is not always what is missing. Sometimes we already know that a conversation, a habit, or an unfinished commitment needs our attention. Looking for another idea can become more comfortable than addressing it. I think an honest inventory can help. What have you been putting off? What is making it difficult? Choose a realistic next step, and bring in support if you need it. Progress may begin with something familiar that finally receives your attention.
