Consider the Cost of Putting It Off

A small discipline today may spare you a heavier regret tomorrow.

The choice that supports your future is not always the choice that feels easiest right now. Preparing, practicing, saving, apologizing, or following through can all ask something of us. So can repeatedly putting them off. I think it helps to consider both costs. You do not need to become perfectly disciplined overnight. Choose one commitment that matters and make it practical enough to keep. Small acts of follow-through deserve more credit than we sometimes give them.
