Give Your Intention Something to Do

Change needs movement. Give your intention something to do.

We can spend a great deal of time thinking about what needs to change. We can talk about it, research it, and wait for a better moment. Some preparation is useful. But eventually, an intention needs a place in the way we live. Make the call. Ask the question. Set aside the time. Choose a step small enough to take and meaningful enough to matter. You can learn something from moving.
